I have a question about the STATUTORY DECLARATION. My mother is the principal applicant so I of course I checked the principal applicant box. I checked the second box (spouse and dependent child aged 18 and over) for my dad, sister and I. On the last page it has a line for the signature. Should we put our OWN signature? Or should it be signed ONLY by my mother? We live in the Philippines and my mother lives in Canada. She sent the application form to us so we can double check it. I just mailed her the form this week and she told me that she already received it and sent it.
