Schedule 3 work experience form help Guys plz

Hi all
I sent my forms for Federal skilled worker 1st March 2009 , they returned me back with a letter that my job experience details were incomplete ,Could anyone please help me by sending me completed" Schedule 3 page 2-3 (work experience) " by e-mail that I will be able to get ideas to fill and send again .

What did u not fill in?
U basicly just have to fill in
- year, month- yr, month-
- the occupation title fitting you NOC code.
Which NOC Code u have to take u have to figure out at the noc-list (webpage)
then write in how long and
- give some examples of ur work... I mean u should know what u did there...
("serving customers", repairing xyz-machines, pp)
