Question: Do you have an offer of employment in Canada approved by human resources development Canada.

The Guide says "check it to indicate if you have an offer of employment in Canada that is approved by Human Resource and Skill Development Canada"

I'm not quite sure its meaning here. Does it refer to AEO or just work permit approved with LMO?

For LMO-based work permits, it should say no isn't it?

Question 3 to Schedule 3 refers to either LMO or AEO.

If you are working in Canada with an LMO exmept position (e.g. post graduation or NAFTA), then you would check no.
