If you don't have any information for these questions, should you write 'none' on every line or just in the box?  I know it states in the box on the application but Schedule 1 has been returned to me asking me to do this and I did (just once in the box), so I wonder did I interpret this wrong and should have written it on every line?

I just wrote 'none' once per question in the box, and it wasn't returned to me.
But 15 is your addresses - you'll have to put something there.

You're right..sorry about that, I actually didn't mean to put 15 in there.  My query was only about question 13.  Don't know why I did that.  Thank you for your help.  I wonder if they actually overlooked the word 'none' and thought I hadn't answered it.  I'll try again.
