Scedule 1 background form - please guide

Dear Members,

Please clarify, I am filling schedule 1 background delration form so in the past 10 years activities section how to put the "TO" date of my current activity which is my current job, should I leave it blank or put the current date but bu putting the current date I am just thinking they might understand that my current activity is upto this date only and if I leave it blank in that case as I read the instruction guide where its mentioned that application will not be accepted if any feild left blank.

Please advice.

What i did was that i put the date of mailing my application, and then in the explanation mentioned that where ever in the forms i have put eg (05 / 11 , month / year), to be considered as "till to date".
