I worked before in another country and I need a reference letter and business card from the past employer.
Is it possible to scan and email the reference letter as well as the business to save the time of the mail post ?
Do you think that the visa office will not look at that scanning?

Reference letters are required in Original. Get them by mail (posts)

refference letter should be original , but in case of noway, i suugest you send the scanned letters & explain with cover letter that youwill send the original when you get it , that should work,but better to wait for 2 weeks to get the original.
