saudi police clearance

hello everyone! am on the process of gathering documents for spousal application. I have worked in Saudi in 1999-2002. I tried contacting Saudi Embassy in Manila and told me to contact Phil. embassy in Saudi which I did. Phil. Embassy sent me the requirements needed but I have no more Iqama and they said I won't be able to get police clearance as per experience for those Filipinos who have no copies of previous Iqama used. They advised me to get the Certificate of No Derogatory record as a replacement for the police clearance. Will this be enough to replace the police clearance? What should I do. Please help!!!

There is no Police Clearance available for ex.saudi residents! Canadian High commission aware of that too.
This is what Saudi Arabian Embassy in Ottawa has to say about it..

Contact your employer and get a letter from them to affirm that you were a good standing employee and left the country with no criminal criminal records as per their knowledge.
It is understood that no one allowed to take an Iquama with them on final exit.!!

Hello! I have the same problem as yours. Did u manage to get the saudi police certificate? Or the cert. Of no derogatory record???  Did the embassy accepted it..? Hope you an enlighten me. Thank you!

request a letter from your Employer in KSA! And send that with letter drafted by you, explaining your attempts to obtain the same. CIC is well aware that there is no police clearance available for former residents of KSA. I have done that and accepted!
