Good information, if possible can you share with us the matter what Saudi government used for PCC. I am trying to find out, if some1 is staying in KSA from last 15 years, and he was out of KSA for more than 6 months couple of times. Will they mention this duration in which the candidate was out of KSA. Or they just give a time line starting from his/her first entry within KSA till the date applied for it.

CHC VO will be sending you the a letter in arabic stamped by him sto request the Saudi Government to provide the PCC for your self and any family member over 18 years of age if included in the application. Yes, it takes 5 to 6 days once you apply and submit the request for the PCC. If you mention your place of stay, I may be able to throw some more light on it. You can send me a PM and provide an email and I will be more than happy to share more information with you.

If you are currently residing in KSA, and you have a valid iqama, Saudi government will issue PCC even if you are an expat. You need to have a request letter in Arabic. If CIC will ask for your Saudi PCC, they will give you a request letter in Arabic. This letter is addressed to the MInistry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia. Fill your names on that form once you receive it, then bring it to the MFA near Nasseriyah Riyadh and have it stamped. Cost is SR 25. Then bring this letter after being stamped to the Criminal Invesitgation
division (CID) office. From Filipino Market in Batha take direction towards Haraj. Under the second bridge from Filipino Market, turn right, then on the first traffic light tun left, go straight around 100 meters the CIC office is on your right. Bring with you the following:

1. Arabic request letter with MFA stamp.
2. Copy of your passport
3. Iqama
4. 2 pcs passport size photo

If you cant read and right arabic, the police officer will fill up the form for you. You will affix your finger prints on that form. Then a claim stab with the date in it will be given to you.

5 working days to get PCC, how please guide me !! I am from pakistan and require one from there and one from saudi arabia. can both be obtained from here within 5 days.but as per my knowledge saudi govt does'nt issue PCC to expatriates !!please share

If you do not want to wait for that request letter from CIC, then go to the local embassy of your country here in Saudi Arabia, and from there ask that arabic request letter. Just tell your embassy official that you want to secure a Saudi Police Clearance. They will provide you that request letter. In my embassy, they charge us SR 100 for this letter. Then follow the same steps outlined in my previous post.

BTW, there is a separate section for ladies at the Criminal Investigation Division Office here in Riyadh. Just ask any police officere there.

Saudi PCC will indicate "No Criminal Records Found". It does not indicate duration of your stay. A clear Saudi Police Clearance certificate means that you were not convicted of any crime ever since in Saudi Arabia. Regards.

Great info aspire, so what i understood from the post is that
1. You don't need to send the PCC with the application and wait untill they ask.
2. When asked, they will send an arabic request and then the procedure outlined by aspire would follow and may take a week to get it done.
 BUT aspire, why one should go of his own when thre is a practice of CIC sending an arabic request for that.I think better wait and proceed after getting that arabic request.
Just correct me if i am not getting it right. Thanks

I suppose each visa office has its own unique way of processing applications. I am not so familiar with the recent rules it it is required to submit PCC during the initial stage of the application, but in my time PCC's were asked at a later stage. I would suggest you read the guidelines of the visa office in charge of processing your application, if they require you to submit PCC and you do not have this request letter from CIC, then get that request letter from your local embassy here in the kingdom.

a friend also recommended Al-Salim office ...but they charged him SR 100 per page (well, it was a one page document anyway). 

I'm also concerned about the PCC thing.... do they mention in the Arabic letter that the PCC is needed for immigration purposes? or just a document requested by Canadian Immigration Department (could be for immigration, work permit, student visa...etc) ......... because the government doesn't support citizens who apply for immigration and/or citizenship of other countries..... so I'm really worry about it

If you are a Saudi citizen, i think you dont need any request letter to get a Police Clearance Certificate from Saudi Arabia. Just like mine, I'm a Filipino and i dont need any request letter from any organization like the Canadian High Commission of London so I can get a police clearance from the Philippines. When I got the English translation of my PCC, i did not notice that something is written about the purpose why the PCC was taken. It did mention though that the requesting party is the Canadian Embassy. I think you can request it directly from the CID and if asked, you can tell them that this as part of the requirements to study in Canada. Canadian High Commission is not concerned about your purpose why you took the Saudi PCC, CHC only wants to know if you have a criminal record, that's it.

Hi saudi,

For cheaper translation contact translation offices in Malaz (in front of Malaz Mc Donalds) ,almost 50 SR /page and for cheapest rates ,go to any translation office in HARA, almost 30 SR/page.

I remember there is a translation office in Hara near Abad Clinic which charged me 30 SR/ page .I dont remember the name exactly but it could be "Middle east Translation Services" probably.

I am also based in Saudi Arabia, was just wondering how london VO send Medical to Saudi , normal post , registerd or courrier ?

Hi,

The package I received for Medical also had my original degrees so I came through a insured mail package. However, it was normal post only. If you sent them your additional documents like degree or others, chances are that they will be sending you medical along with these documents and through insured mail.
