Hi Kanamen!

Do you mean if some body who is a permanant resident of Canada and living in Saskatchewan can even sponsor his brothers / sisters?? For People who are living in other provinces can't do that unless brother / sister is under 18 years of age?? Please clarify and is this the new procedure they have aadopted or its old one because I enquired in the past and some body told me that a permanat resident of Canada can't sponsor siblings unless they are under 18 years of age.

Thanks

One question is, is this information for seperate provinces immigration rules displayed on CIC website?? If not why don't they mention this thing on CIC website. I never knew about this programme. I think this should be displayed on CIC FSW Package some where to make it easy for people to find...
