Sample employment letter for NOC 1122

Hi there..cud anyone give a copy of sample letter of employment for NOC 1122..what all shud be included in it? tks

I had a chance to look into a letter submitted by a friend whose Visas are approved already , and he belongs to 1122.

It states the following:

Date, designation, dates of employment, his job duties in bullet points and a disclaimer that this certificate is issued to help him pursue his higher studies.

The letter is signed by a HR executive and the letter is printed in a letter head.
