Same forms copy or new forms to CIC for document request for 2nd AOR?

First time application will be sent to Centralized  Intake office, now I have a check list of that and it has following forms that I have to sent a original copy.

1. IMM 0008 Generic
2. IMM 0008 Schedule 1
3. IMM 0008 Schedule 3
4. IMM 5406
5. Fee Payment form

Now when I get first AOR and CIC request for the other document and that has its own check list. There also they ask for the same forms so do I have to fill all forms again and send it or do I have to send them a copy of forms that I sent to Centralized Intake office.

Once CIO replies with your file number, and ask you to send the forms to your VO (this means that you are pre 26June10), then you send photocopies of your original forms. Do not fill new forms again.

However, if the CIO asks you specifically to submit new forms or update an already submitted form, then you do so.

Mezzo, thanks for reply, so to VO in my case it's Buffalo, I will have to send only photocopy of the signed form which I am going to send to Central Intake Office, Sydney NS... Right? CIO will let me know when to send those photocopy of the forms along with documents listed in Buffalo VO check list document... Please confirm that I understood it correctly!!!

Other thing is will they deduct my fees at CIO or VO? Or both places I will have to pay separate fees?

Mayank question is crucial. If you are going to send your forms, then you're post 26June. Then, you do nothing. Just send your forms to the CIO and they will send to your VO. You don't send anything else to your VO.

The CIO will deduct the fees.

Mine one is after June 26, I have first file number and now working on submitting document to VO. I got confuse becoz in VO check list they also ask for forms and fees along with all required document. Other thing I noticed in checklist for buffalo VO is they don't ask for police clearance certificates so not sure why should I do for that, any inputs?

Here is the exact details from the email I received from CIO:

You are therefore requested to submit a complete application to the BUFFALO  visa office.


Your complete application must consist of the following:
A copy of this letter with the reference number above
Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008]
Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (if applicable)
Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]
You must submit all documents required by the visa office. Visa office-specific forms and a list of all supporting documents required by the visa office are available at:  www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled-mission.asp

It's strange to receive such request, however, I recommend you do the following to avoid any doubts and complications later:

1- fill these forms again with the same consistent information you submitted earlier.
2- Attach also the photocopies of the earlier forms
3- ensure you include all requirements from your VO

Write a specific case inquiry thru CIC website.

Buffalo VO instruction requests you to send either now or later but before processing your police certificates, since you are post 26 June. The instruction reads:

"If your application is received at the CIO on or after June 26, 2010, you are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, please note that if your application is placed into processing you must be ready to submit them to the visa office when requested. "

I recommend you submit your files now, and then work on your police certificates.
