Has any one any got MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA from Washington, DC on the same day, when applied in person?

I got news from you. Applied for multiple entry visa @ washington dc this 11/15/11 and got visa the same day. I picked up passport only yesterday 11/17 because was not available for pick up same day.
So YES that is very possible. Always apply in person
