I am landing in Toronto by end of this October and have booked safehomestay for 3 weeks.

From the reviews and their website, it seems to be a good deal in terms of price and comfort.

It is managed by a Malaysian Chinese who has 3 or 4 flats on rental basis and he will pick u also from airport charging 50$.
