Prepared the whole set of dox by myself and it is third time I'm applying, so know the whole procedure like a palm of my hand:-)

Mine has reached on July 6th and I simply hope it touched the ground before the cap, since I can imagine how many applications under NOC 1122 were all ready and have been sent just before July 1st to get in time. We will see, time will tell.

Good look to everyone here and let's hope.

Привет Wink
Can we write Russian here or it's prohibited ?

Why did you apply 3 times already?

I've posted my urgent question yesterday, may be you now the answer for my Q.I'm just copying it here:
I'm the RP.Chemist.25 years old.married
The process was very quick.
21 dec 2010 - sent the 1st envelope
04 jan 2011 - accuse
19 jan 2011 - invitation for the interview
17 mar 2011 - successfully passed the interview

Now,we are waiting for medical forms.
Tryed a lot to find out the answer to my question, but cannot

Now I would really like to get divorced.I know, you will probably tell me that it is better to wait and to finish the process till the end,and do land...
But I cannot rely on my husband anymore. He is just taking my time, playing my nurves, changing his mind every week.Sometimes he want to go,sometimes not.I'm afraid that when it will be the time to pass the medical test,he will refuse,or he will refuse later when we will need to send the passports for visas.

My main question is:If now I will inform that we are getting divorced and provide the necessary papers ...What will they do with me?
My score is good enough for going by myself, because of the chemistry, age and work experience.
Is there a chance that they will ask me to start over the whole process???
I don't think I have lots of energy for getting ready for the interview again...
Please,I would like to hear any kind of info)

Thank you in advance

Превед.

I applied at the Buffalo Consulate, but I think the same rules apply. When I was asked for the passports to get the visa stamped I got this link in the email: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/notice_avis.aspx

Quote
Do not submit your passports at this time if:

-you have married or divorced since our last correspondence;
-you intend to get married or divorced prior to your landing in Canada;

In the event that you do have additional dependants to add to or remove from your
application, you should immediately advise our office. You will be asked to submit
evidence such as a copy of the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption certificate or a letter
advising when and where the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption is expected to take
place.

It's best if you inform the visa office (Moscow). I am pretty sure this will slow your process, but will not reset it.
Maybe other members will advice otherwise.

I did a little research. Look here: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/russia-russie/visas/c50.aspx?lang=eng#11

Quote
Step 11. After Receiving Your Visa

If, after you receive your visa but before you go to Canada, there are any changes (marriage or common-law cohabitation, divorce, birth, death of your immediate family member, adoption, etc.) you must contact us immediately in writing and not attempt to enter Canada until we confirm that your visa is still valid. Failure to do so may cause deportation from Canada for having misrepresented yourself.

Good luck.

Thank you.I will call Vienna on Monday and ask them directly.
It's ok for me if the process will be slowed down, even better from one side.
Just afraid that they will ask me to start it over.

Привет. We have to stick to English since moderators have to understand what we are talking here about and it is a good practice to use English before you are forced to:-)

You definitelly need to inform the visa office of the intention to change your marital status. They will not refuse the whole pack and rather exclude your husband from further process upon divorce proving dox are provided by you.

This is needed for the visa office to exclude the chances your husband will enter Conada without you but relying on the dox you both provided when were married.

Good luck

Hey Candy Rizzo,

Well, the first time my application was rejected due insufficient funds, which was actually related to USD currency instead of CAD since I was situated in the USA at that point of time and could not find any CAD (no matter how strange it sounds). Second time it was in 2010 in November due to cap was reached for 1122.

So now is the third time. Time will tell, we will see.

My application got thru this year and I've got the message from CIC saying the application got positive review and the dox will be sent to VO. Did anybody else from Russia got the positive review notification from CIC in 2011? Did you get further notifications from Moscow VO?

I am still waiting for any signs of movement from Moscow VO yet.

Privet Val_Kir.
I was searching this forum for the answer to my question and here the only russian thread I found!)
How everything is going with your immigration process?
Any updates so far?
Since I apply from Buffalo USA,  my timeline isn`t very helpful. But if you could help me with my question that would be great.
If you  might know any Russian forums that arise question regarding  points for Russian Dental/Medical Degree, please share!
thanks

Daer All applicant of Moscow VO

It would be great to invite all applicants MI 1 2 3 as here in this forum one can notice that applicants from the mentioned VO are few and the thread will be lost I mean desapear from mail page.

I am a rejune applicatant and submitted all docs to Moscow VO on January 2011 and my online status are as RBVO.

I am afraid Moscow VO still in deep dream as no progress is indicated from last year.

Hope all thing are going to boost ASAP!
