Hi, I got RPRF request just this afternoon (this is RPRF request only still Buff.Visa office not inform us to submit our Passport).

I will send Bank of america draft now CAD$ 490*2 (me and wife)   @   Buff.Visa office.

I have query on which address my Indian Passport will return (after submiting of passport request), becasue on my file and on online E-case address is my lawyer address (even in CAIPS note my lawyer address, my address is not available on CAIPS not  Shocked or online on Ecase).

Thanks of this forum & I found lots much material. For USA visa I am regularly visited www.immihelp.com H1B and H4 visa GC forum. Same for Canada visa's Canadavisa.com have good information. I will plan to land by road after getting visa, I will stay at Richmond Hill area becasue we plan to purchase home there but after 6months of our initial stay. We plan to open small business at nearest area for my wife. I will start my job nearest area in GTA and Richmond Hills. I choose this town becasue its nice and near to GTA , 75% public (sorry relatives) from my village area they are staying here.

Do you mind sharing more information about your timeline? like when did you get your 2nd AOR?

Are you under the 227 policy? Federal immigration?

You got your MR in June 2011! I never know the buffalo office still work on pre-626 application at that time. It is good news...

Thanks , but what about policy? I really don't aware about any policy.
My timeline is mentioned in my profile signature.
I applied my lawyer sent file in end of November 2009 by UPS courrier. But as per CIO review date 5 January 2010 (thats my application date I mentioned here).

Ohh so you are 2009 applicant (2009 applicant means your lawyer sent file to CIO NS in 2009 as you said via UPS courrier), CIO write date when they found your case is elligible for process.

Thats why I'm thinking why your process is too fast as you are under NOC 0213 & many of us waiting here.

I would highly recommend to change your address in your file. Although you started your case with  lawyer, but you have enough exposure by now. you can update your address by writing e-mail at buffalo-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca.

Whatever contact address is in your file, VO will send PP to that address.
