Draft should made to "RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA" and not RECEIVER GENERAL OF CANADA"

Because lot of applicants making mistake on this, make sure do it correct at the first place.

RPRF fees in New Delhi has to be payable to 'Canadian High Commission', not sure about Islamabad. Better check it out.

Exactly, you should confirm it through them as they have recently submitted thier PRRF and if i am not wrong it was through Standard Chartered Bank (challan in PRR ; fee+charges)

you have to visit Standard Chartered Bank with amount of approx PKR 32500 per person. Ask them to provide you printed deposit slip for Canadian High Commission. Fill that slip with your name, DOB and file number. they will charge you additional approx PKR 500 for service charges.

There are 3 copies of that slip. One for bank, one for you one to be sent to CHC.

As a second option you can also send them Demand draft of CAD 490. But as excahnge rate is so high these days paying in PKR at SCB is better option.

Good Luck
