RPRF FEE CASHED

Hi all members,
Its been four months my passport with CIC and I tried to track my RPRF Draft with bank but I told its hasn't been cash but just yesterday I called bank again and they told me yes now has been cashed, is that good sign, please advice my ECAS still INPROCESS, Please advices,
