Dear All
For most of the people who had applied from GCC countries to CHC in London and send their medical documents within the Summary & Supplementary forms; and they haven't heard from them for more than four months after medical received, Once you make an inquiry asking CHC about the long time process they will replay that :
"Please be advised that we are currently awaiting the results of
routine background checks that are being conducted on file. We will contact you as soon as we receive these results."
After reading lots of articles and searching what I think is the applicants had visited or lived in one or more of the following countries which is considered by CSIS as terrorism countries as the URL shows:
http://www.csis.gc.ca/pblctns/cmmntr/cm53-eng.asp 1. Syria.
2. Iraq.
3. Iran.
4. Libya.
5. Sudan.
Kindly check your list of countries that u had visited or lived in the last ten years, definitely, it will be one of the above countries.
Please share your case and your time line for the following information as my information is filled as follows:
Medical Request : Feb 10, 2010
Medical Done : 05 March, 201
PPR Request : waiting
E-Case Status : In Process, We started processing your application on August 1, 2006.
Country Number(s): 1 (Syria), 2 (Iraq).
NB: No need to write the country name just country number from the list.
