Rookie Here_ From Montreal w/ US Husband. What initial docs to send

Hi,

I am filing from Outside Canada with my US Husband to Montreal. I have everything ready to send but i can't find the answer to this question anywhere.

Simple question?  Do I send the entire application initially or just the sponsor docs (then wait to hear from Quebec) and send the rest of the application?

The entire application goes to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, both sponsor and applicant's portions.  When CPC-M approves the sponsor, they will provide intructions for MICC (Quebec) and send the application to Buffalo for applicant processing.
