Hello everyone.
I need help. I am not able to figure out the level of my education based on the Canadian immigration site. I have a total of 17 years of education and I was awarded an engineering diploma from Romania. The question is, what is my level of education? Do I have a bachelors degree (two years or more), or Diploma with 15 years of education, or Masters Degree with 17 years of education? It is confusing as I received my diploma in 2002 in Romania and it says only Diplomat Engineer.....

Nothing is sure with CIC.
Some got the equivalent of a Masters degree
but others just got it as a simple bachelors degree
.
It depends on who does the verification of the file.
