My Outland perminant residency application was sent to Las Angeles, from Buffalo, to be Expidited. You gave me information, & hope. I was accepted for PR, and my passport has been requested (for the PR Visa stamp). It took two months and three weeks from the time it arrived in Buffalo (1 month in Buffalo & 2 months in LA). I thought that I would let you know in case anyone else ever had the same question. I wish you luck in your persuits. I am moving to Paradise to be with my Beautiful wife on Easter Break. doug
