I may reapply if CIC bring any new rules. Normally first few hundreds of application used to get processed real fast. I am planning my ielts again by the end of May.

Again? How much have you scored at the previous exam? I took the exam on February and have got 6.5 on each band, except of the listening- 7.5. For this year i have the maximum score of 16 points. Lets see what will happen on July.

will CIC require a general reading and writing score? i have done IELTS but did all academic for the purpose of CNO application.thanks

General IELTS is mandatory for the immigration purpose.

Don't even dream of using your Academic instead of GENERAL IELTS results.  Cim is right, it will not be accepted so book a new test now.  Good luck.
