Has anyone heard whether there's any movement regarding Harper's promise to reduce the ROLF and, if so, is it expected to apply to anyone who has not yet paid it, even if their paperwork has been in process? Thanks!

No action on it, yet as far as I know. I just paid it, so I hope that any reduction is retroactive!
