Have they used the word GUARANTEED anywhere in your letter? I mean the decision will be GUARANTEED in xxx time frame... There is no fix time period for this thing. Some people are waiting since 5-6 years. This is not something which is time based. Have patience. Leave Frustration. Good Luck. |

Hi Kavya, From your signature we see that you have applied just few months ago (June 2010) and timeline given by CHC is 6-18 months (depending on visa office). Don't you think that it is too early to revolt? I am not going to disappint you by saying that some applicants are waiting since 2004, but it is still too early to raise your voice since you haven't yet completed merely a year. Yes, I agree with you, Canadian immigration sucks, sometimes it is a long waiting game and very disappointing. However, when you consider your time-line, I think it is premature to revolt. Moreover processing time is depends on NOC as well. I am sorry to say, but NOC 4131 is not among the favorite ones with the VOs. |

Dear Kavya,
Be patient if you are genuine. You just applied 8-9 months back. I am waiting from last 20 months now. Please be patient, it will be allright. You cannot challenge CHC for the delay since they do not guarantee anything in written and processing time is just indicative so you can prepare yourself for that. Be patient and have faith in god, everything is going to be alright.

While you apply for immigration to any country, you are completely at their mercy !
Just look at it this way...No new is good news ... !! So wait.
We are suffering coz, we applied jst before new NOC was annonced. We should have applied much before that !

you might find yourself in worst possition.
hold on, be patient!
