Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to know i had submitted my documents for permanent residency to Canada under the new occupation list which was issued on 26Jun10.
My documents reached canada High Commission on 3Aug10.i have applied through ***** consultancy .
i have recieved the letter from Centralized Intake office,P.O Box 7500.Sydney,NS B1P 0A9.Canada.stating the documents have been returned.
the letter which i have recieved sent by you to ***** contains the following
Your application does not meet the requirement of section 10 of the IRPR,it is incomplete.It is being returned to you for this reason.Your application fee was not processed .

Kindly advise what is mentioned under section 10 of the IRPR which relates to our case.What should i do to complete my application.Is there any time frame.

Section 10  http://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/SOR-2002-227/page-1.html#anchorbo-ga:l_1  You will have to read through it to determine why your application was returned.

Hi Rinu,
Pls answer the fol:
1. NOC code under which u had applied
2. Were u getting 67 points
3. Were all the supporting documents attached.

Pls answer. Lets hope for te best.
