Dear all
I got a refusal letter from the visa office under 4121, he said he is not convinced that I did the important duties for this job. Can I apply again under 4131. My current job is teaching assistant.

Yes you can, if your duties match the duties set out in hrsdc website for 4131. Also the duties should be confirmed by your employer.

Out of curiosity, what are ur educational qualifications?

You are not going to qualify as a an College Vocational Instructor when you are a teaching assistant IMHO>

@ PMM - this is just for my knowledge. in my country for example, 'teaching assistants' are full time paid positions in universities, doing quite a bit of teaching as well. do u think it will still not qualify? (i'm not talking about teaching assistants in american context here).

Like i am performing all the duties of NOC -0122 (Banking credit and other investment managers)

But i am also performing some of the duties of NOC-0111 Financial Managers

In India it is common that Branch Manager also have to perform the duties of credit managers etc

Perviously my application was rejected because i mentioned very less duties

I am gng to apply fresh case under NOC-0111 probabaly this week
