Hello,

I have what I believe to be a complicated situation; My PR card will expire in a few weeks and I have not fulfilled the residency requirement in Canada since obtaining my status in 2006.
I am currently residing in the US with my wife and we both have a US green card.
We intend to return to Canada, if I get a specific job offer, in a few months.
The problem is that I will risk my status being revoked if I need to renew my card before 2 years of living in Canada (in 2014), and am not sure if I can sponsor my wife without jeopardizing my status and my chance to return to Canada.
My questions are:
1) Is there a way for us to move to Canada without revealing my history of residency over the past few years?
2) Would we be able to travel outside Canada before 2 years from re-arriving back in Canada?
3) Could I/ Do I need to use my Green card to travel by ground to the US during that period?
4) Can I sponsor my wife without revealing my residency history? And what would her status be?
5) What would be the best way to return to Canada?

Thank you so much in advance,

Regards,

1) dont lie
2) yes
3) how will u enter US without using green card if u have a green card? And why do u want to do that? The only possible way is to hide in someone's car, in the boot. They charge $3000. Or buy some animal(bear or moose) fur and cross the border around Saskatchewan/Montana. And remember, only during night.
4) dont lie
5) u are hopping like a monkey from one country to another. stay in usa and get your citizenship then come to canada under NAFTA category.
