I have a question Ive been worked in Canada with my employer for almost 2years. I went back home here in the Philippines with my canadian baby. But now my former employer hired me back and my work permit application is on the process. My question is I am qualified to apply for the AINP immediately without waiting after 9months? Because the company allowed to have atleast 6 nominees per year but they only have 2 nominees for this year. So I am confuse if I am iligible to qualified right away.

When you are back in Canada, ask the AINP.
