Hi Folks ,

Appreciate the interest shown in by the current or prospective applicants to immigrate to Canada.

My application (NOC 1122 ) was received by CIO, Sydney, on 8th Nov 2010. Is there any body knowledgeable and informed who can suggest me weather the application stands any chances of being sent back unprocessed by CIO as the it had reached the cap of 1000 appications that very day. My hopes are alive only b'coz CIO has kept a provision of extra 5% applications i.e. 50 applications, on top of the cap of 1000 applications, which CIO will receive.

My Second worry is that in hurry, i forgot to fill the checklist though all the docs have been placed well in order.

Hey, did your application get processed??

We are in the same boat too - Our application was received on 22/8/2011 and they have closed the cap on 1122 the very same day, we are a bit in limbo now not knowing what our chances are  Sad

Nil, it is coming back as they probably had a lot of unopened 1122s when the cap was reached.  You should note that the post was 10 months old and S/he never posted again.

Thanks PMM for your reply.
