Return road trip with goods to follow

I got a questions for you guys who's gone through this already. I Landed back in May and came back in the US to finish up my project and get ready. Now I'm getting ready to go back to Canada next week. I will be loading my belongings in a uhaul truck and drive to Toronto. I'll have my goods to follow list with me when I get to customs. My question is will they make me take everything out of the uhaul truck to verify contents or just take a look at the list and look inside the truck?

Depends how suspicious they are.  If you declared 2 boxes of misc goods only on your GTF and you have a truck load now, sure they are going to look.  Same if they open it and see a bunch of electronics in their new original boxes.
