Retired men wants to marry overseas? NEED HELP plzz?????

hello i have a question regarding my uncle he is canadian citizen living alone in canada but wants to marry a women who is living overseas but he is retired in order to bring her spouse to canada.

does he need any support of affadavit? like income? or home? or anything?

how long does the process takes overseas or in canada?

how long will it take for his wife to arrive in canada permanently?

does it hurt his wife's case because he is retired?

please some one who is going through same situation, or some one have knowledge regarding this issue please give your toughts hope to hear something from you guys. thanks in advance....

hmm PMM i think i have seen the site and read and aware of the site is available lolz.

my message indicates if some one who is passing through same situation wants to see your toughts and ideas this is what form is all about lolz , wants to get an idea about a senior citizen getting marry overseas if some one's relative have ever done it. anyways thanks for the link i have that already.
