Resubmit Application

Dear All,
I have to resubmit my application with few changes in one of the forms.Do I need to submit new PCC's and bank statements or just change the information in the form and submit the old application package.Please help!!!!

Not sure about Bank statement but as long as PCC is under 3 months old from date of issuing to submission, it'd work.
