No you can't work without a valid work permit if your work permit is expired, and application of new work permit got denied.
Hello, I applied for an extension of my work permit before it expired last june but it was dennied on september, but the CIC allowed me to apply again but this time they said I had to stop working and apply for restoration of my work permit, someone just told me that I actually can keep working, I've been without working for about 6 weeks while I am waiting for the second answer... Does anybody knows about this/?
