Hi guys,

I really need your help .I recently got refused because i don`t have  LMO, when i apply for Work visa now and i have to pay also for Restoration of status but my question is what is the processing time for Restoration or is it the same as for working visa ?.Plz help

DO you now have a copy of your LMO?

I have a confirmation number but not the definite respond. I am waiting for it.

When did you receive the refusal? How long ago was the app for the LMO sent? Send the application for restoration/work permit when you receive the the copy of your LMO but before the 90 days allowed restoration period is over. Online application is 41 days lately, a little longer for you because you'd be restoring your status

And you cannot work now until you get a new work permit.  No more implied status.

so u saying it takes up to 5 months,what are chances to go outside Canada like in buffalo,ny to apply in person ?

You can't do anything until you know if the LMO has been approved or not.
