response from buffalo, ny office

Hi everyone,

I received a response from the buffalo, ny office regarding my e-mail that I sent to them about my medical examination.  They first stated that they did not receive any of my medical exams or a response from me stating that I completed it.  PMM wrote to me stating that I should send proof to them that I completed it and I did.  They responded saying that I need to send an updated copy of my job offer letter from my potential employer and they will review my case.  The company is going to send me a copy today.  I am wondering....What is the next step?  Will they have me to do a background check now or will they just grant me the work permit?  Do anyone know?  Thanks

You have applied for your work permit from USA..right? I think they are not doing the work permit applications properly...even within Canada they are either delaying or rejecting...not sure what's going on? we have to follow up or call them 100 times...
