I read in said guide it says If any sections do not apply, write “Not Applicable”. does that apply to every single section on every application? I note on my application to sponsor and undertaking I do not need to fill out the "co sponser" section so it needs the said "If any sections do not apply, write “Not Applicable”. applied to it?

In some cases there is actually nowhere to write in a section just check boxes am I expected to just write across the heading of the section or something to that effect, really the instructions are much less than clear in many cases.

Thanks

Yet another one

Form IMM 0008 second page "Details of family members"

Am I reading this correctly that I do not have to fill out anything here for my wife? As both my son and I are Canadian citizens. Or are they asking for details of her parents and siblings? Boy I don't know why I can't wrap my head around the way they have worded it. I just can see what it would matter for those family members than have nothing to do with the applications.

Thanks,

Thanks,

1.  AS your wife and child are citizens they are not included in the form, read the first statement at the top of the application IMM 008 page 2.
2.  Your wife and child are included on the IMM 5406.

Hi

My wife is NOT a citizen, I am. So I assume you are meaning myself and my son are not included as we are citizens. I did read the first statement but it was and still is not really clear to me. They ask for details whether they are going to Canada or not. But when they say family do they mean ONLY myself, my wife and son? Or are they referring to HER family members parents siblings etc staying behind in Thailand? I only ask as on another form they clearly ask about her parents and siblings even though they have nothing to do with the applications. Sorry the language just seems so unclear to me.

Again I am thinking you mean myself and my child as it is my wife we are sponsoring.. thanks.
