could some one tell me please, is there any difference for residency obligation for the people who as an immigrant investor?

Dear Majid

Residancy obligation is same for all the PR card holders regardless of category..... so u should have to stay 730 days

It is an immigration law term, according to which, a person who has acquired special rights from  less than nationality, but more than a visitor. For a permanent resident, according to the residency obligation, requirement  period is of five years.

it is same for every PR card holder if they want to renew their card they have to spend atleast 730 days in 5 years time period........

I am not a immigration lawyer but worked with them for arround 4 years and now practising own my own and helping people but without charges .... again Without charges.... only on this forum...........
