hello i am saba from austria since 8 years i am in austria but still not get citizenship by profession i am a lawyer i want to setteld in canda please advise me thanks

You would have to probably apply as skilled worker.  See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp
