Resend All Data Again To Visa Office ?

We submitted complete application to CIO in May 2010 - we received notice that our application was recommended to the VISA office for final determination  and we received a reference number.  We are preparing our Visa Office Specific Instructions.  It is unclear as to whether we need to fill out another original application as that was already sent to the CIO.  If so, can we just copy the previous application sent to the CIO or do we have to fill out originals all over again and submit with original signatures?  We want to make sure we do everything correctly.  Thank you for any help you can provide

I guess this is about the FSW forms? if it is than this is what i am doing since VO does nt elaborate on this.

1- send copies of forms sent to CIO.
2- Fill out new forms mentioned in VO checklist as well with updated info till the date i courier the package to visa office..
