Application for PR was sent back in middle of 2009. It was recieved by Buffalo in aug 2009. Everything was going fine, they then send the application to buffalo.

We transferred your application to the New York office on October, 2009. The New York office may contact you.
 
We transferred your application to the New York office on May, 2010. The New York office may contact you.

Does anyone know what it would be sent to New york twice?

The New York office has since asked for medical back in October 2010. That was done and returned back in December. The english interview was waived.

It says the average wait time for Buffalo is 17 month, and the average wait time in New York is 15 months. Am I to assume the processing time was reset when it went to New York? There has been no response from them and it is now May 10th.

What can be done?

any support would be useless please

The above line should read "they then send the application to NEW YORK. " not "they then send the application to buffalo. "
