Requirements for PR under Live In Program

Is it true that besides T4,Notice of Assessment and letter from employer, detailed pay stub is also required in applying for a PR status? Does the pay stub done in MSexcel will do? Because its not practical for my employer to buy a software if they only have me as their only employee? My sister is an immigrant now, she also came from LCP but she did not submit any paystub. The paystub requirement probably just been implemented recently.

As long as your paystub has all the information necessary, it will be fine.  There is no law that says you have to have special software to make up paystubs as long as they are legit.
