Hi to all

Details of my case:-
I have applied for PR under NOC 4131 in the month of aug,2009. I have forwarded my application to CIC nova scotia and is received by them. when I applied was unmarried and unmarried till date.I am going to marry in december.

Question:-
I want to start the process for my wife me as principal applicant. If anyone can guide me in that.

She isn't your wife, so you can't add her until you marry.

It is a grievous offence to misrepresent! Don't add your wife to the application until you are legally married to her.
Once you are married, e-mail your visa office and they will reply you asking for all the documents of your wife.
This is my honest and candid advise to you.
