I urgently required an expert immigration lawyer for canada based in uk. Pls post immediately if u know one.
or if there is any lawyer in canada itself who can deal my case for work permit application and my husbands spousal visa, while me residing in UK.

To answer some of your questions:

Please note that only authorized representatives are allowed to charge a fee for conducting business on behalf of clients when dealing with the Government of Canada in immigration and refugee matters.  Authorized representatives are:

- lawyers who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society and students-at-law under their supervision;
- immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants; and
- notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec and students-at-law under their supervision.
