It first said "Withdrawn". Then it changed to "in process" and now it says: "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE". That's all.

Cheers.

If your have applied under the new process, i.e after 28-Nov-2008, then your file will not be transferred.

So mine reached buffalo and within 3 weeks, they had sent me an AOR.
If yours is still showing that CIO has approved your application and is not showing that visa office has received your application, perhaps they sent it to Brazil and Brazil will enter receiving your application into the system. I am purely guessing.

But according to Aanbaan, this is not possible. So lets see what s/he says.

i had emailed CHC ND to ask about possibility of transfer to US. They replied bluntly that transfer is not possible for cases logged under the new process. I left the US project for this reason.

as an afterthought, this was ND's reply. Buffalo may react differently. so,no harm in giving it a shot.
