Request Information regarding reference letters

Hello Everyone,

 On my way to submit the documents for further immigration process, I was requested to submit reference letters from past employers. However my previous employers refused to provide references or experience letters from the company , no further communication i have received from them, nor acknowledging any phone calls or emails or faxes. And my deadlines are nearing  and except these documentation, I have provided all other documents to detroit visa office. and yet to submit the letters.

Kindly please do give me suggestions at the earliest

I also have the same situation, months ago.  What I did was submit a letter, explaining to them the reason why I cannot secure any reference from my past employer.  Also, included in the letter is my task and responsibility with the company.  I also attached other document such as income tax return, to give other proof of my claim.  You also need to notarized the letter.  They accepted it as a proof.
