Hi All,
Can someone please answer some doubts, though some of these are discussed in other threads, but confusion is also because of new rules.

I came to Canada on work permit in April 2009 and applied to CIC Sydney for PR in April 2010 in Federal worker category. I got 1st AOR in November 2010 to send all documents to Visa Office.

1. Now where should I send the documents (CIO sydney or Buffalo Visa Office) because the address is different based on date of application (26 June 2010). I assume that this date refers to date when first application was sent to CIO, so I need to send to Buffalo Visa Office. Can someone please confirm?

2. My address has changed and also the fact that now I have IELTS score (In my original application I had not ticked IELTS for language proficiency question. I was planning to give a written justification but later I took the exam as it was made compulsory). The address change also affects the background forms (IMM 0008_1e background) as one more row will be now added to those forms for this new address.

So because of above changes should I submit new filled forms or the same forms (photocopies) that I sent to CIO Sydney?

3. Lastly if I fill forms again, should I also change my current job end date (it was april when sent to CIO) to todays date in the form (IMM 0008_3e Federal Skilled Worker)?

Thanks a lot for reading this.

Regards,
Madhav
