Hi Guys ,

Plz help me , I submitted my Medicals in the Month of April, 2011.

Today i received this email from NY Embassy.

Original police certificates from INDIA for YOURSELF.
- Original police certificates from the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations - USA) are required for YOURSELF. FBI instructions can be accessed at http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/fprequest.htm. As the FBI may take more than 60 days to issue police certificates, these may be sent separately at a later date.
- The following processing fees are outstanding: THE RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE FOR YOURSELF. Please visit our website for specific instructions regarding fee payments - http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/new_york/imm/fees-frais_ny.aspx?lang=eng.

I have PCC certificate from India & FBI report along with US states police clearanace certificates.
All these clearance certificates are taken in the Month of November ,2010.
Are these certificates Valid to send Now for the same Request?

Along with these certificates , It is mentioned about PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE.
I am not able to Open this link..plz help me out .. How much fees i need to attach along with these certificates
In what form either Money order/check.

Guys .. Plz help me ..It is getting delayed...Appreciate your response.

Thanks in advance.

Also,

Right Permanent Residence Fee is listed on the CIC website....http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp

Hello newtocanada,

I read somewhere on the forum of another case like this. The person emailed the CIC office reminding CIC that that they had sent them these documents already. The CIC office then accepted that response and did not ask for those documents again.

Hi newtocanada,
Did you draft a letter? if so, did you hear back from NY?
I got a similar request like you from buffalo, for my FBI Police Clearance Certificate. I had submitted them with my initial application, therefore I am surprised they asked for it again.
