Request for passport

The visa office in Taiwan asked for more income statements, like a few NOA's and also asked a few questions. They requested for the nanny (we want to hire,) to bring those documents for a interview on June 13th, but I faxed all the documents and answered all their questions on that letter and now two days later they called the nanny and told her they got my fax and asked for her to come next Wednesday and bring her passport. (everything else done months ago, like medicals etc.)

Does this mean she is probably approved?
