First off, I would like to say that this site is AWESOME and it helped me with our application package.

So, my wife got a request for her passport from the Seoul Canadian embassy ("Provisionally approved"), but used the enclosed waybill to send her passport that she was suppose to write her mailing address.

Did anyone do the same?  What happen?  Should we contact the embassy?  Send another waybill?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

TimeLine:

Oct 14/10 - Mailed Application
Nov 19/10 - Sponsor approved
Nov 29/10 - Seoul received package
Feb 18/11 - Started review
Feb 25/11 - Request for Chinese Police Certificate
May 12/11 - Mailed Chinese Police Certificate (BTW, it's easier to go get it yourself.  2 months of going back and forth for my friend in China and nothing done.  CIC website makes it sound easy)
June 24/11 - Request for Passport and Mailed
