Hi Guys,

I am new to this portal.
I am a software engineer working in IT industry with 6+ years of experience. I am planning to apply for Permanent Resident  iunder Skilled worker for Canada.
I have never visited Canada earlier. I am living in India.

Currently IT industry is listed in Canada Ministory list or not? If no, what would be the choice....
I would require your help how to proceed to get canada visa?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks
Jilani

IT is not in list anymore. Wait until the new list. Check the website. Www.cic.gc.ca for ur eligibility .or wait until the new list . Or ask seniors

It is difficult, but getting a job offer is your best option right now.  Check the CIC website and read the Instruction Guide so you have a thorough understanding of all the required steps.  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp    Good Luck

Sorry IT related occupation is no longer of the ministerial list. You might have to consider Quebec, Provincial Nominee Program or Employment route. For information to all the above please visit www.cic.gc.ca
